Here's how to connect:
Access the Channels Module
Log into your Sympl account, navigate to the "Channels" section and click on "API Channels".
You will be presented with all of your current API connections for all of your rentals. To add a new VRBO API connection, click on Add Channel.

Add VRBO as a Channel
In the Channels List view, locate VRBO and and click on the Connect button or the + icon.
If you're connecting your first account, you'll see the Connect button, if you have accounts already connected, then you'll see the + icon.
VRBO's Connection Wizard
After completing the steps above, you will be redirected to the connection wizard overlay.
Please ensure your listings meet the necessary requirements mentioned here. If your listings fail to meet requirements, you will be prompted to update the specific sections within the connection wizard overlay.
Step 1: Introduction
The first step provides an overview of what to expect throughout the connection process.

Click Connect to proceed to the next page.
Step 2: Channel Configuration
Fill in all required details, including your cancellation policy.

Step 3: Rentals Page
Use the toggle button to activate your AdvanceCM rentals that should be pushed to VRBO.
Listings that do not meet VRBO’s requirements will appear in red.
Click on a red-marked rental to view the missing details.
Use the Fix it button to update the required information.

Clicking on the Fees button next to the listing will allow you to add and edit fees.

Step 4: Completing the Connection
Click Onboard with VRBO to finalize the setup on VRBO’s end. A VRBO specialist will assist in completing the connection.
Click Connect Now to finish.
