Yearly Calendar

Your reservation calendar is the most important tool when running a rental business. It helps you keep track of what’s going on with your rental and communicates your availability to prospective guests.

There are different calendar views in Sympl; you can switch between each view by selecting the options as shown in the screenshot below:  

The Sympl Yearly Calendar helps you quickly identify what month and week your occupancy is at its highest point.

You can add bookings or hold events by clicking or dragging the dates on the yearly calendar area. Similarly, you can use the down arrow of the Add Booking button to see all of the available actions you can perform on this page, as shown in the screenshot below.

On the Yearly Calendar, you will see a Search and Filter options at the top of the screen.  Filters allow you to narrow your view by Year, Rental and Events (Bookings or Hold Events).
